At Pearland High School, our founder, Ralpheal Marshall, quickly became known as the “Brownie Man,” thanks to his one-of-a-kind, multi-layered creations that turned heads and satisfied cravings. What began as a local buzz soon grew into something bigger.
After committing to Mississippi Valley State University, Ralpheal channeled that same creative energy into building a business. He envisioned more than just desserts—he saw an opportunity to turn Shlutty Brownies into a brand that stood for bold flavor, big smiles, and good vibes.

Our Blueberry Cheesecake starts with a rich, creamy base and gets leveled up with our handcrafted blueberry purée—made from scratch and blended by hand with whole berries for a flavor that hits clean and finishes strong. Every bite is smooth, fresh, and unapologetically blueberry-forward.
